American Rapper, Cardi B Is Filing For Nigerian Citizenship
Cardi B said on Twitter that she is filing for her Nigerian citizenship, after a top Iranian general in Iraq was killed by the United States.
It was revealed earlier today that the U.S. killed Gen. Qassem Soleimani, Iran's top general, Iran's elite Quds Force leader, and Tehran's proxy war architect in the Middle East in an airstrike.
The targeted killing could lead to powerful Iranian retaliation against American interests in the region and spiral into a much larger U.S.-Iran conflict, endangering U.S. troops in Iraq, Syria, and beyond.
The Defense Department said it killed Soleimani because "he was actively developing plans to attack U.S. diplomats and service members in Iraq and across the region." Soleimani was also accused of approving the U.S. attacks. This week's Embassy in Baghdad.
Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned that "harsh retaliation is waiting" and U.S. popular singer Cardi B has now taken to social media to react to the latest turn of events, tagging the killings as the "stupidest move Trump has done so far."
