Feud Confirmed? Diiadem Reveals Dabota Lawson Sent Her N5m Birthday Gift Before Asking for It Back
Businesswoman Diiadem has stirred fresh controversy after sharing receipts she says show Dabota Lawson sent her N5 million as a birthday gift before asking her to return the money.
The drama between businesswoman Diiadem and Dabota Lawson appears to be getting messier, as Diiadem has shared transaction receipts showing that she allegedly received N5 million from Dabota as a birthday gift only to later be asked to return it.
Diiadem took to social media to address what she described as a “hate train” and smear campaign against her, while seemingly setting the record straight about her relationship with Dabota.
According to Diiadem, Dabota sent her 5 million Naira as a birthday gift. And she did not just make the claim, she shared screenshots of transaction records showing the transfer.
One of the receipts shared by Diiadem shows a 5 million Naira transfer from an account bearing the name Lawson Dabota to an account bearing Diiadem’s name. The transaction was dated January 12, 2026, with the narration:
“Happy birthday in advance.”
However, according to Diiadem, the story did not end there.
She claimed that shortly after the post about the money was made, she was informed that the transfer was a “girls game” and that the money needed to be returned. Diiadem said she did exactly that.

In another screenshot, Diiadem shared what appears to be a transaction notification showing 5 million transferred back to Dabota Lawson. She explained that she returned the money immediately after being told it was supposed to be returned.
Her decision to share the receipts appears to be part of an attempt to provide evidence for her side of the story amid the ongoing social media
Diiadem also addressed another controversy involving Tosin, claiming that she had shared her own version of events with blogs and questioning why her situation was being treated differently.
“Why is mine special?” she asked.
Diiadem’s latest post has now added another layer to what appears to be a growing feud between the two women. While the transaction screenshots support Diiadem’s claim that a 5 million transfer took place and was later refunded, the reason Dabota allegedly requested the money back remains Diiadem’s account and has not been confirmed.
For now, however, one thing is clear: this is no longer just social media gist. There are receipts, a N5 million transfer, a refund and a friendship that appears to have taken a very different turn.
