Nigerian singer and actress Niniola has shared another emotional message as she continues to grieve the loss of her husband, offering a glimpse into the difficult reality of living after losing a partner. 

Taking to her Instagram Story, the grieving entertainer reflected on how overwhelming grief can be, describing it as an emotion that drains every part of a person’s life. She wrote:

“You hold on to good memories, and it kills you. Hold on to anger, and it burns you. There is nothing that seems to comfort you. How do you even normally deal with yourself? Grief sucks the life out of you.”

The touching message has resonated with many fans, who have continued to send prayers and words of encouragement as she navigates one of the most painful periods of her life.

Niniola’s latest post comes weeks after she announced her husband Michael's passing, with whom she shared 13 years of marriage. In previous tributes, she described him as someone who touched her life in countless ways and admitted she was struggling to cope with the devastating loss.  

Since sharing the heartbreaking news, the singer has continued to express her grief through emotional social media posts. Her latest outpouring has sparked sympathy online, with many fans reminding her that healing takes time while encouraging her to stay strong through the difficult journey of mourning.
