Diiadem, whose real name is Adeola Adeyemi, broke her silence amid growing online speculation following her public fallout with former best friend Dabota Lawson.
In a series of Snapchat posts, she addressed what she described as a "false narrative," explaining that her friendship with Churchill dates back to her school days in Ghana and is strictly platonic.
"I've known Big Church for over 13 years. We have a long-standing friendship that dates back to my school days in Ghana. The pregnancy rumour being attached to our friendship is completely false," she wrote.
She added that her appearances at events involving Churchill should not be misinterpreted as anything beyond friendship and support.
The controversy erupted after Dabota Lawson publicly accused Diiadem of being involved with the married Churchill while pretending to be friends with his wife.
Dabota also claimed she had supported Diiadem during a pregnancy connected to a "married boyfriend". In her response, Diiadem denied ever confirming a pregnancy for anyone and clarified that her previous reference to a "married ex" was taken out of context.
"The term 'my married ex' was simply me referencing a phrase that had already been used publicly. Somehow, that has now been turned into an entirely different story," she explained.
Diiadem also pushed back against Dabota's allegations with counterclaims of her own. She accused Dabota of attempting to introduce her and her friend, Ehi Ogbebor, to Churchill, and claimed Dabota had spoken negatively about actress Tonto Dikeh, even warning her not to greet Tonto when she arrived in Abuja.
The dispute has escalated into a public feud, with Ehi Ogbebor also firing back at Diiadem with separate allegations. However, Diiadem made it clear that she is not interested in a prolonged war of words, urging social media users to stop turning assumptions into facts.
Throughout her response, Diiadem maintained that her friendship with Churchill should not be reduced to gossip and that her support for those close to her does not warrant public scrutiny.
"I attend my friend's events, I support the people I care about, and that's all there is to it. Not every friendship needs to be turned into gist," she said.
As the fallout between her and Dabota continues to unfold, Diiadem remains resolute in her position, insisting that her 13-year bond with Churchill is nothing more than a longstanding friendship.
