Nigerian skit maker Ogbeni Adan has made a shocking and emotional public accusation against his mother, calling her "the worst mother in the history of mothers" and alleging that she has deliberately sabotaged his relationships, blocked his destiny helpers, and worked against his career success.

The comedian, whose real name is Oluwaseun Agun, took to his Instagram page on August 11, 2026, to share a now-deleted photo of his mother, Bolanle Moniade Agun Nee Adetoye, alongside a strongly worded caption that has since gone viral.
In his post, he described her as "the most wicked and bitter human I've ever met" and accused her of going "the extra mile to work against my career and craft," claims he supported by saying she had boasted about her actions to his face.
His allegations paint a picture of a mother who, despite being a church-going Christian, he claims has been actively working against his success and interfering in his personal life.
In his emotional outburst, the skit maker expressed regret over his maternal lineage, writing, "I really wish I was birthed by a different mother, but we can't choose who give birth to us can we?" He contrasted her behaviour with the love shown by other people's mothers, stating, "Imagine make another person mama dey pray for you and wish well, but your own mama dey do the exact opposite."
He also questioned the sincerity of his mother's faith, writing, "Someone that goes to church and claim to be a christian dey move around with that kind bitterness. At the end of day, just know your Jesus personally. Cos obviously we're not all serving the same Jesus!"
In a follow-up post, Ogbeni Adan revealed the extent of the emotional and psychological toll the alleged betrayal has had on him over a long period.
He wrote, "If I should say all what my eyes have seen, if I say all what I've been enduring for years, if I say the huge effect the betrayal of a close one has had on me and my progress in life and career. You all will be surprised why I haven't considered suicide yet."
He appealed to his followers for prayers, stating, "If I've ever gave you joy with my craft, please keep praying for me."
The public call-out has sparked mixed reactions across social media platforms. Some users expressed shock at the accusations, while others questioned whether airing such a serious family grievance publicly was the appropriate approach.
One commentator who claimed to know the family defended the mother, writing, "I know this woman and her family. She's very nice and kind to me and all her children's friends. One of the best family I know. This has to be a joke."
