Peller is not playing games when it comes to his wedding preparations. The TikToker, who is set to marry his long-time partner Jarvis on August 1, 2026, has taken a swipe at his groomsmen for allegedly failing to purchase their asoebi for the ceremony.
In a now-viral video, Peller expressed his frustration, calling his groomsmen broke and threatening to replace them with men who can afford the attire.
He said, "All my groomsmen are broke. None of them have bought asoebi yet. Normal people have bought asoebi finish. My groomsmen are waiting for free asoebi."
The livestreamer also urged them to take better care of their appearance ahead of the ceremony, teasing those who smoke cannabis to pause until after the wedding because Jarvis' bridesmaids are "so beautiful". He added that his groomsmen should go for facials and look their best.
The clip has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans who are already anticipating the couple's white wedding on August 1. While some praised Peller's honesty, others questioned his approach so close to the big day.
His comments come weeks after the couple completed their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, where he paid the bride price and officially met Jarvis' family.
Peller, whose real name is Habeeb Hamzat, has been open about his wedding preparations, recently revealing that he has been attending private marriage counselling sessions to become a better husband.
He also announced that he has purchased a $36,000 television broadcast van to ensure fans across the globe can follow the ceremony live.
With just days to go before he and Jarvis exchange vows, his latest remarks have only increased the buzz surrounding what is expected to be a landmark event in Nigeria's digital entertainment space.
