Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has shared a deeply personal story about his family while also speaking on the importance of parental responsibility.

The respected actor revealed that his mother gave birth to four sets of twins, but sadly, none of the children survived, leaving him as her only surviving child. Hassan shared the emotional revelation while reflecting on the responsibilities that come with fatherhood and the importance of parents caring for their children. According to the actor, being a father comes with responsibilities that cannot simply be ignored or avoided.

“If you say you’re a man and you don’t care about your children, that responsibility is hanging by the corner of your house. Anytime you return, you’ll still have to face it squarely.”

His statement highlights his belief that regardless of the circumstances surrounding a relationship, parents should not abandon their responsibilities towards their children.
