A viral screenshot circulating online shows an Instagram user, @gaintsammy, claiming that Tony was once part of P-Square's dance crew before later pursuing a career in acting.
The user also alleged that Jude collected more than a 40 percent share despite not being part of the performing group, an accusation that has been a recurring theme in the family dispute.
Tony, who is listed among the Okoye siblings alongside Mary, Lilian, Ifeanyi, and Henry, has been identified in several biographical sources as one of the brothers.
In response to the allegations, another Instagram user, @ajeh_artz, dismissed the claims, writing, "Jude never smellit to be P Squares manager ooooo, na Hawwie T be the manager then…. social media has made people to be delusional, but its alright".

The renewed interest in the family drama comes as Peter Okoye has released a multi-part video series detailing his grievances against his brothers. In the videos, which have now reached Part Six, he accused Jude of claiming ownership of P-Square, withholding financial records, and mishandling royalty payments.
Jude has denied the allegations, describing them as "blatant lies" and "manipulative tactics," and has maintained that the disputed royalty payments and financial records were already presented during the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission investigation and are currently before the court.
The dispute has also drawn in Paul Okoye, with Peter claiming his twin slapped him during a confrontation.
P-Square, formed in 1999, grew into one of Africa's biggest music groups, but the brothers have been embroiled in disputes for over a decade.
The group first split in 2017, reunited in 2021, and split again in 2024 following renewed disagreements over finances and management. The dispute escalated into an EFCC investigation, which led to criminal charges against Jude over alleged money laundering involving about N1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59.
He has pleaded not guilty, and the case remains before the Federal High Court in Lagos. As the public debate continues, Tony's alleged comments have added another voice to a saga that shows no signs of resolution.
