Popular social media activist and content creator, VeryDarkMan, has blasted the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, over the proposed replacement of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) uniform.
Reacting to the proposal in a viral video, the activist questioned the ministry’s priorities, arguing that changing the NYSC uniform should not be a priority at a time when millions of Nigerian youths are battling unemployment, economic hardship, and insecurity.
“This is what happens when you put morons in the position of Minister of Youth Development. Since he became minister, there has been no tangible achievement in respect to youth development in Nigeria,” he said.
