Nigerian relationship therapist Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has stirred fresh controversy after openly criticising businessman Olakunle Churchill over a statement he made about his marriage to actress Rosy Meurer. In a viral video making rounds online, Blessing CEO claimed that Rosy Meurer has consistently stood by Churchill, describing her as someone who has largely been known for protecting her husband in public.

According to her, Rosy Meurer has “Only ever protected” Churchill and particularly after she reportedly stood by him during his past public issues involving his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh. She believes Churchill’s comment that “anyone else could have stood by him” was disrespectful and dismissive of Rosy’s sacrifices. The relationship expert urged Rosy to change her approach entirely, advising her to speak out publicly rather than remain silent. She further suggested that Churchill has a “pattern” in relationships, a statement that immediately triggered reactions across social media. 

The Churchill–Rosy relationship has long been a topic of public debate in Nigeria’s entertainment space for the last few days and any commentary involving the couple often revives past discussions, and this latest remark is no exception. Blessing CEO’s involvement has added more fuel to the drama and as expected, Nigerians have something to say. Supporters claim Blessing CEO is “speaking the truth”  and Rosy Meurer deserves better recognition for her loyalty. Critics argue, It is unnecessary interference in private marriage matters and the full story is not known to the public.
