Nollywood star Nancy Isime has shared her thoughts on finances and relationships, revealing that she prefers to keep details about her earnings strictly to herself.

Speaking during an appearance on the Thanks For Coming podcast hosted by Grand Prince Ita, the actress was asked how much she earned from a recent project. However, Nancy immediately shut down the question, insisting that her financial affairs are not open for public discussion. According to her, money is one topic she deliberately keeps off the table regardless of who is asking.

“I never discuss three things: my money, my money, my money.”

Even when the host attempted to get her to reveal at least an estimated range of what she was paid, Nancy remained firm, making it clear that her earnings are private information.

The conversation later shifted from career to relationships, where she was asked whether she would be comfortable sharing financial details with a man she is dating or married to. Nancy questioned why such a discussion would even be necessary, stressing that she sees no reason to disclose her income to a partner.

“Tell a man how much I earn? Why? For what?”

Interestingly, the actress revealed that her stance works both ways. She explained that she is equally uninterested in knowing how much money her partner makes. According to Nancy, she would not expect a man to reveal his earnings to her, just as she would not reveal hers to him.

When asked if she would want to know her husband’s salary or income, she simply responded:

“Why?”

The actress went on to suggest that what each partner earns should remain their personal business, a viewpoint that has since sparked mixed reactions across social media. As expected, the actress’s comments have divided opinion online, with supporters applauding her confidence and critics questioning whether complete financial secrecy can work in a long-term relationship.
