Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has taken to social media to make explosive allegations against fellow rapper Blaqbonez in a strongly worded online outburst.

The rapper took to social media to accuse Blaqbonez of serious misconduct, while also criticising certain figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry who he claimed were aware of the allegations but chose to remain silent. In one of the posts that went viral, Odumodublvck controversially compared Blaqbonez to ex-footballer Thomas Partey, stating that the only difference between the two was that one had not gone for trial. The rapper also accused some people and organisations in the music industry of knowing about the allegations against Blaqbonez but decided to keep quiet about it. 

Among those he mentioned were music journalist Motolani Alake, record label Choc City Music, and media personality Kemi Smallz. According to Odumodublvck, these individuals were allegedly aware of the situation but chose not to speak about it.

He also criticised “selective activism” in the entertainment industry, saying that some people vocal about women’s rights often fall silent when allegations involve people in their professional or personal circles. Odumodublvck fuelled the controversy further with a follow-up post where he repeated his claims and stated that those he mentioned knew what he was talking about. He also told anyone who did not believe his allegations to sue him in a court of law, stating he was ready to be accountable for his claims.

The posts immediately sparked widespread reactions on social media, with fans and industry observers divided over the unfolding drama. While some called for the allegations to be thoroughly investigated, others urged caution, stressing the importance of evidence and due process when dealing with serious accusations.
