Popular media personality and Big Brother Naija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and his wife, Cynthia Obi-Uchendu, have announced that they are expecting their third child together.
The exciting news was shared by Cynthia on Instagram, where she reflected on her pregnancy journey and expressed gratitude to God for His faithfulness over the years. Revealing that this is her third pregnancy in ten years, Cynthia admitted that while experience may make some things feel familiar, every pregnancy comes with its own unique challenges.
“They never lied when they said every pregnancy is different. I’m just beyond grateful to God for being my guide through this journey because, omo, what a journey it has been.”
Cynthia went on to appreciate their two daughters, Jewel and Rubi, for being excited about welcoming a new sibling, while also jokingly teasing her husband, Ebuka, about returning to diaper duties.

The announcement comes just months after Ebuka surprised Cynthia with a romantic re-proposal in Rome on their 10th wedding anniversary. The couple, who got married in 2016, are already proud parents to two daughters and have often shared glimpses of their beautiful family life online. Interestingly, Cynthia had previously revealed that she hoped to have one more child, preferably a boy, which makes this pregnancy even more special.
