"I Almost Ran Mad" – Actress Biola Fowosere Recounts Pain After Ex-Husband Abandoned Her and Their Children

Biola Fowosere broke down in tears during an interview on African A-List as she opened up about the heartbreaking experience of being abandoned by her ex-husband.

The Yoruba movie star revealed that she still does not know why her former husband left the family, saying she and their children did nothing to deserve such treatment.

"The only person I'd really want to ask a question is my ex-husband. I'd really like to ask him what I did wrong because I did nothing before he left me and the kids. I want to ask what my children and I did to deserve what he did to us," she said, struggling to hold back tears.

The actress described the emotional toll the abandonment took on her mental health, revealing that she was hospitalized and nearly lost her mind. "I was hospitalized. I almost ran mad.

It was that bad," she confessed. Biola explained that the sudden departure of her husband left her shattered, questioning everything about herself and her marriage.

She said she had to seek therapy and lean on her faith to pull through the darkest period of her life, adding that the experience taught her the importance of mental health awareness.

Despite the pain she endured, Biola said she has chosen to forgive her ex-husband and has moved on with her life. She noted that holding onto anger and bitterness would only hurt her and her children further, and she has decided to focus on being the best mother she can be.

The actress, who has been open about her struggles in the past, also emphasized the importance of self-love and healing after a traumatic experience. She encouraged other women going through similar situations to seek help and not suffer in silence.

Biola's emotional testimony has struck a chord with many fans and followers who have shared their own stories of abandonment and heartbreak.

Her courage in speaking out about her mental health struggles has been praised, with many commending her for using her platform to raise awareness about the psychological impact of failed relationships.

As she continues to heal, Biola remains a source of inspiration for women navigating the painful realities of life after abandonment.
