"I Told You to Go to School" – Cynthia Morgan Slams VDM Over P-Square Saga

Singer Cynthia Morgan has delivered a scathing attack on activist VeryDarkMan, calling him out for his handling of the P-Square family feud and questioning his credibility, while also advising him to pursue education instead of seeking attention online.

"I Told You to Go to School" – Cynthia Morgan Slams VDM Over P-Square Saga

The dancehall singer, who has been an outspoken critic of Jude Okoye since her own fallout with the music executive, turned her attention to VDM after he inserted himself into the ongoing Okoye family dispute.

In a strongly worded Instagram post, Cynthia questioned whether VDM had genuinely attempted to resolve the conflict after speaking with the parties involved.

She asked, "The false fearless man claims he found out Peter was lying to him after he spoke to the other parties involved and then you decided to start avoiding him.

My question is are you even a man of resolution? Cause to me you lost the opportunity to resolve the biggest quarrel in Afrobeats by not confronting Peter and you shouldn't be proud of it".

In the caption of her post, Cynthia added a further dig directed at VDM, writing, "I told you to go to school in private so you can turn your false confidence to something productive but you don't listen. You see how you're fooling yourself in public?".

Her comments add a new layer to the ongoing controversy, suggesting that VDM's involvement in the P-Square saga has exposed his limitations and that his energy would be better spent on personal development rather than inserting himself into complex disputes that he lacks the authority or mandate to resolve.

The clash between Cynthia and VDM stems from VDM's earlier involvement in the P-Square feud, where he claimed that Peter Okoye had confided in him about the family's issues more than a year ago.

Cynthia had previously accused VDM of switching sides after she declined his attempts to become friends with her, alleging that his position changed because he was upset that she had set personal boundaries.

She further claimed that VDM had initially approached her about collaborating through his foundation before beginning to ask personal questions and calling late at night, which she described as inappropriate.

VDM, whose real name is Martins Vincent Otse, had earlier announced his withdrawal from the P-Square dispute, assigning roughly 40 percent of the blame to Jude Okoye for refusing to step down as manager, while also saying Peter had attempted to use him as a tool in the dispute.

He had also staked up to N50 million of his own money to fund an independent investigation into Cynthia Morgan's catalogue earnings, questioning Jude's claims that her music generated only $4.6 million from 2015 to 2024.

However, he later issued a public apology, admitting that Jude had "lied and deceived" him. Cynthia has not responded to VDM's apology, but her latest remarks suggest that she remains unimpressed by his involvement in the saga.
