There was serious panic around Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, after armed men reportedly attacked some student hostels late at night. Students who were around said it was a scary experience, as many of them had to run out for safety when the situation got out of hand.
According to what people are saying, the attackers moved through some of the hostels, taking valuables like phones, laptops and money before leaving the area. The whole thing happened quickly, but the fear it caused didn’t go away just like that.
