Still doing what she knows best, Mahalia dropped this interesting piece of music "It's Not Me, It's You" alongside Destin Conrad. It was recorded and released in 2023 through Warner Music. It's said to be one of the tracks off her new offering "IRL" an album of thirteen tracks.

Mahalia released her second studio album "IRL", after the huge hard work and thriving release of "Love and Compromise" in 2019. The new offering was released under the imprint of Warner Music.

IRL is a great and well-created body of work that is made of R&B. It accommodates a number of thirteen tracks and features guest appearances from Joyce Wrice, Jojo, Stormzy, Destin Conrad, and Kojey Radical whose individual services are generally accepted. It is a project in which Mahalia puts some energy into which is inspired by her "traumatic breakup" and her visits to "therapy".
