Burna Boy Set to Headline 2026 NFL Paris Game Halftime Show

Nigerian music superstar Burna Boy is set to take over the stage at one of the world’s biggest sporting events after being announced as the headline performer for the 2026 NFL Paris Game halftime show.

The Grammy-winning singer will perform on October 25, 2026, when the Pittsburgh Steelers face the New Orleans Saints at the Stade de France in Paris. The game will mark the NFL’s first regular-season game in France. The announcement marks another major international milestone for Burna Boy, who has continued to take Afrobeats to some of the biggest stages around the world.

Interestingly, the singer is returning to the same stadium where he made history in April 2025 as the first African artist to headline a solo concert at the Stade de France. His concert reportedly sold out all 80,000 tickets. 

Reacting to the NFL announcement, Burna Boy said returning to the stadium means a lot to him, adding that he intends to use the platform to represent African music and deliver a show fans will not forget.  The NFL also praised Burna Boy’s connection to Paris and African music, saying his return to the stadium would help create a memorable moment for the league’s first game in France. 

Burna Boy’s performance will be part of a record seven halftime shows across the NFL’s 2026 International Games, with other announced performers including Ayra Starr in London, Ricky Martin and Pedro Sampaio in Rio de Janeiro, and Cage The Elephant in Munich. 

With Burna Boy returning to the very stadium where he previously made African music history, fans are already waiting to see what he has planned for the NFL stage.
