Victony - Slick Music

What a record, “Slick”, by the award-winning Nigerian Afrobeat artist, Victony.

The multifaceted Nigerian singer, Victony, in the year 2026, puts smiles on the faces of his music audience with the new masterpiece named “Slick”, a masterclass in modern Afrobeats atmosphere, leaning heavily into a smooth, infectious groove rather than deep lyrical complexity. His delivery is direct and intense, sticking to his usual gritty flow while maintaining clarity and rhythm. There are no featured artists on the track, keeping it a focused solo performance that highlights his street credibility and lyrical approach.

The production carries a heavy, minimal vibe, allowing his voice and message to take center stage. Ozedikus & Dera The Boy created a catchy instrumental; the beat aligns with the current wave of Nigerian Afro-infused sounds. “Slick” fits well into Victony’s growing catalog, reinforcing his reputation for genre-bending Afrobeats and effortless vocal charisma. NOTE, that this a lead single off his forthcoming album, “Starlife”.
