The university suspended James Adio after his viral sex tape was leaked by a female student. While university authorities maintain that the disciplinary action followed due process, the suspension has generated debate within the student community, with some questioning whether the punishment was justified.
The development has also attracted attention because FUOYE has recently taken disciplinary measures against other students over issues including alleged cyberbullying related to the suspended SUG president.
