“His Success Makes Him Desirable to Me” - Simi Speaks on Husband Adekunle Gold’s Growing Attention

Singer Simi has opened up about her husband, Adekunle Gold, and the growing attention surrounding him. The singer says she embraces every stage of his journey, revealing that seeing him thrive only makes him more desirable to her.

Nigerian singer Simi has opened up about her husband, Adekunle Gold, and the attention he continues to receive as his music career evolves.

The singer made it clear that she has no problem with her husband being admired by other people, explaining that his growing appeal is tied to the work he has put into his career. According to Simi, she appreciates every stage of Adekunle Gold’s journey and does not have a particular “era” of her husband that she prefers over another.

“Whatever attention my husband is getting is as a result of the work he has put in. Whatever era he is in is my favorite era. It makes him desirable to me,” she said.

Her comments have since caught the attention of fans, with many praising her for openly celebrating her husband’s growth rather than seeing his increased popularity as a threat.

Simi and Adekunle Gold, who have been married since 2019, are known for occasionally giving fans glimpses into their relationship while largely keeping their private life away from the spotlight.

For Simi, it appears her husband becoming more successful only makes her admire him even more.
