Kunmie - Calvary Music

To conclude his 2026 album, "22", Kunmie releases a remarkable track titled "Calvary".

Oluwabukunmi Ariyibi Peter, better known by his stage name Kunmie, is a phenomenally gifted and rapidly emerging Nigerian Afro-soul and Afrobeats singer-songwriter who once again steals the show with his recently released song "Calvary," which has begun to receive a lot of attention nationwide.

The juxtaposition between internal turmoil and external support is what gives the record its weight. Although Kunmie does not claim that having supportive individuals instantly eases his anxieties, their prayers give him something solid to cling to while he looks for clarification.

Released on August 14, 2026, via ONErpm, "22" is a captivating debut studio album from Nigerian Afro-soul artist Kunmie. This 13-track project powerfully captures the emotional highs and lows of early adulthood, along with the complexities of identity, faith, and survival. By skillfully intertwining these themes, Kunmie delivers an album that is not only intimate but also profoundly relatable.

Last but not least, this loving record called "Calvary" can be found on the thirteenth soundtrack of his first studio album, 22 Album, which has thirteen essential tracks. This exceptional record was produced by Shallythechampion, the record producer.
