“I Did What I Did With My Full Chest” - Real Warri Pikin Fires Back At Critics Over Timaya Drama

Days after apologising to her husband and Nigerians over the incident, Real Warri Pikin has returned with a much more defiant message for those who are still criticising her.

In a video shared online, the comedian addressed people who questioned why she had continued posting normally on social media despite the controversy. She also appeared to react to comments about her husband, Ikechukwu, still picking her up from the airport despite the incident. Rather than continue apologising, Real Warri Pikin made it clear that she was standing by what happened on stage.

“To all the angry birds, I did what I did with my full chest, and I will do it over and over again. I’m an entertainer, and the stage is my shrine.” 

The statement comes shortly after she had taken responsibility for the incident and apologised to her husband, admitting that he was angry with her following the viral moment. She had earlier explained that she was backstage enjoying Timaya’s performance when she was called on stage and did not initially know exactly what the routine would involve.

The controversy has since generated plenty of debate online, with some people insisting that the comedian crossed a line while others viewed the incident as part of her job as an entertainer.

Now, with her latest statement, Real Warri Pikin appears ready to move on from the drama while making it clear that she has no intention of letting her critics dictate how she handles her career or her stage performances.
